About Shepton Vets

Shepton Vets have been caring for animals in Shepton Mallet, Wells, Evercreech, and villages across Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire since 1922.

Based in Shepton Mallet in the heart of the Mendips, our practice is an independently owned, professional team of vets and nurses who strive to provide the best possible standards of veterinary care for your animals, large or small.

If you’re looking for knowledgeable and experienced staff, with a friendly, can do attitude, then Shepton Vets is for you. We provide professional support, when you need it.

With dedicated departments for Pets and Farm animals, our experienced Vets work exclusively within their respective area, so we can provide highest standards of care for your animals. All of our vets aim to surpass expectations and are devoted to being professionals in their field.

Our Pets team is made up of 8 vets who are committed to caring for your pets, as they would do their own. The team have over 25 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgical procedures.

Our Farm team consist of 11 vets, 3 TB testers and vet technicians . The team have over 100 years of experience in Farm animal veterinary medicine. Our team have extensive knowledge of all livestock, so we can provide a comprehensive service for farm clients.
