We understand this is a worrying time for us all, so we wanted to give up you an update on our current position.
Our priority remains to provide a first class veterinary service for your animals, whilst also keeping our team safe, and supporting our local community by reducing the risks of spreading Coronavirus.
At this stage we are continuing to offer appointments as normal, hand washing facilities are available in the toilets in our waiting area and in every consulting room. If you would like to wait in your car before your appointment, please let the reception team know, and we can call you in or see your pet in your car if this is appropriate.
If you are feeling unwell, have been travelling abroad or concerned that you may be at risk, we ask that you do not visit the practice, but call first to discuss your requirements. We can provide you with appropriate advice to fit your situation.
Where possible, we would like to avoid cash payments and prefer payments to be made by card instead.
We have increased our cleaning regime in response to government guidelines, and will continue to monitor the situation to deal with any changes.
Current advice from the Word Health Organisation is that there is not evidence that pets can be a source of infection or that they can become sick.
If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact the practice for advice.
We would also remind you to make sure you have appropriate supplies of any medications or specialist food your pet may need; please allow at least 24 hours when ordering.
We will continually review our position, to reflect changes in this unprecedented situation.
We ask that you all take the appropriate steps to help us keep our environment safe for everyone.
