Following last night’s announcement we would like to reassure you all that we are still open and will remain so throughout the lockdown.
The British Veterinary Association and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons are currently reviewing the situation, and we will keep you updated to any changes, but it is looking unlikely that we will revert to emergency-only work.
For now, we will continue to operate as we have been so there is no need to stock up on medications or alter your appointments.
Please be patient – Try not to arrive early for your appointment, as there may be longer waiting times. Appointments are taking slightly longer, as it takes time to discuss your treatment options outside. If you have multiple issues, please let us know so we can allocate more time if appropriate; this will help prevent further delays for the next person. It’s very cold at the moment, so please remain in your car, until the vet or nurse comes out to see you.

We understand that you might have questions, but we anticipate that our phone lines will be very busy this morning so, if your enquiry is not urgent, please be patient or consider emailing us instead. Thank you for your understanding.
