Relief AI service
This is a 7 day a week service with our experienced AI Tech, Mya Norris, to serve animals with beef semen from our flask, or we can use semen you have on farm. This will suit those looking for AI cover, those who wish to synch groups of animals or those wanting help serving large numbers of animals during busy breeding periods. Please ring in cows for AI, by 9AM.
Tail TrimmingÂ
Available now to help you present your cows cleanly for milking. We have 2 sets of clippers and can do this in the parlour at milking times, this service is charged by the hour at Vet Tech rate.
Body condition scoring
Whole herd or targeted scoring allows us to track changes in body condition score, providing useful information when considering other aspects of cow health.
Sample collection
Vet Techs can collect bloods for metabolic profiles or disease testing. They can sample calves for total protein assessment and gather faeces for worm egg counts.
Calf weighing and colostrum assessments
Vet Techs gather this information regularly for clients on our youngstock service.
