- To register you and your animals on our practice management system, so our team can provide you with clinical veterinary services.

- To record you animals’ treatment history including visits and telephone advice and to apply relevant fees to your account in regards to all treatment and items purchased from us.

- To provide you with communications on our services, that enable us to provide our veterinary obligations to you, these may be sent by; telephone, SMS text messaging, post or email
