Please Note:
Your pet requires a vet examination at least every 6 months for long term medications to be dispensed. If your pet has not had a check up in this time period we will notify you of this prior to dispensing their medication.
Medications will be available 1 working day after request. Any orders placed after 6pm will be available 24 hours on from the following morning and if after 6pm on a Friday they will be available from Tuesday morning.

If you wish to book a routine appointment, order repeat prescriptions or to register a new pet, please can you call after 9am - so that clients needing priority treatment can be processed as quickly as possible.
We also operate an out of hours Emergency Service when the practice is closed.
In an Emergency call: 01749 343 955 - A professional telephonist will assist you and notify the vet on duty.
Should you need to use the out of hours service, please be aware of the following:
You shall be asked for your address and post code details, telephone number, as well as details of the emergency. There will be an additional charge for using the out of hours service.
