inspiring the next generation during National Pet Month.

Vet Greg was out in the community inspiring the next generation last month as April was National Pet Month.

First up was a visit to Bush Nursery in Pilton where nursery dog and regular patient Jeeves the chocolate Labrador enjoyed the model bone props.

Then followed a whole school morning assembly at Mendip School by the Bath and West showground. Mendip School educates pupils from 4-19 with a diagnosis of autism and speech and communication needs. After the assembly Greg hosted an interactive Q&A session with a few students that make up the animal care class. A lot of the questions were very interesting, and when asked which super power Greg would have to help him, he chose the ability to speak to animals – because wouldn’t the job be a lot easier if we were all Dr. Doolittle!
